US Federal Court says "no" to FTC Do Not Call List The Direct Marketing Association and its assorted bag of allies is "grateful" that a US Federal Court in Oklahoma has ruled that the FTC overstepped its boundaries in creating the national Do Not Call registry, about one week before it was to start rolling.
