If fully implemented the creator of any content could control who sees it, when they see it, if it can be saved, copied, edited, how long it can be used, and what applications can be used to view it.  This is a lockin from MSFT because third-party venodrs will need to license the RM SDK in order to build access into their products.

CNET News: SCO to Send Out Linux Invoices But Tuesday, SCO spokesman Blake Stowell said the company will begin the more active approach of sending invoices requesting payment to commercial Linux users, 'probably some time this month. [Linux Today]

They should be careful here as many states have laws and regs about sending invoices for goods or services not sold or delivered.  An invoice linked to a veiled threat to sue if it not paid and backed by an unsubstantiated claim to some IP is not the sort of thing companies should pay without consulting their counsel and probably their state's AG.
