Getting LEDA installed.

'Cause I got time on my hands I'm trying TB's new instructions for installing LEDA.  Since I like to be a pain in the butt, I'm doing it with RH9 instead of RH8 (well, I already pioneered LEDA and RH8, on my laptop).  Anyway the install of a fresh load of RH9 is pretty near done and I was able to follow Tom's guide for RH8.

A couple of notes: You will need Perl-CGI and I threw in Perl-DBD-Mysql for fun.
