CONSORTIUM FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION - CALI (a/k/a CODEC) [CODEC]

CODEC has been officially launched.  In a nutshell, the consortium would serve as a clearinghouse/marketplace for DE course, mathcing schools and students with courses.
