[teknoids] Law related newsfeeds [Teknoids mailing list]

Erich Markert is looking for a good source of law-related RSS feeds.  I would recommend http://www.virtualchase.com/resources/rss_law.html as a starting point.  I also find more obscure stuff by trolling other blawgs.

Anyone an expert on the WinXP file system?. I'm thinking of writing a tutorial on how to use the Windows XP file system as a photo database. [Philip Greenspun Weblog]

Not a bad idea really.  I find XP to be great at photos and videos.

Citing to Blogs. Professor Bainbridge's blog has been cited in the Yale Law Journal by Lawprof Guhan Subramanian (Harvard). Congratulations to Prof. Bainbridge. To my knowledge this is the first blog citation in a major law review (as far as I know this... [En Banc]

Ah, the wacky world of blogs meets legal academia... No one is safe.  I'm  sure this will trigger a new edition of the blue book as well as much hand wringing amongs the 'editors' of law reviews.

K-Logs: How Social Networking Software Helps and Where it Doesn't. M2M.  David Weinberger critiques social networking software (rightly).  My take:  There isn't any magic in social networking software.  The value this software provides is much more basic than many people think.   [John Robb's Weblog]

This is an excellent piece on social networking software.  In many ways this sounds like another way to build communities of practice, a current goal of CALI.
