Apache SSL HOWTO A good, step by step guide to getting OpenSSL running with Apache2 in the Win2K environment.  Couple of notes: You do need to get Cygwin installed with OpenSSL.  The install of Openssl that comes with the special Apache cannot find a config file.  This may only be needed for testing though.
